Pamela’s is an elegant boutique in the heart of Niagara’s Jordan Village. Proudly representing Canadian designers and artisans, Pamela’s offers a handpicked collection of timeless pieces each season.

My first collaboration with Pamela Mason of Pamela’s was the design & build of a Shopify ecommerce website. A few years later, Pamela and her team decided to shift their focus back to “the warmth and connection of traditional in-store experiences.” To celebrate this, we created a new WordPress website to showcase in-store offerings.

A complementary digital marketing strategy with a capsule collection focus has expanded customer reach. Video storytelling spotlights Pamela’s featured brands and provides a glimpse into the brick & mortar boutique.

Drawing inspiration from Pamela’s existing logo and signature colour, we implemented cohesive branding across the website, email marketing, and social media.

Instagram Reels
