Visual identity and communications toolkit for an independent consultant
Jennifer Moir is an independent consultant specializing in conference management, project coordination, and collaborative work across a range of organizations. She needed a cohesive visual identity that could bring consistency to her professional communications while reflecting an approach that is organized, adaptable, collaborative, and distinctly her own.
The resulting identity combines a structured visual framework with an energetic colour palette, creating a system that feels polished enough for professional and corporate environments while remaining warm, memorable, and full of personality.

Logo concept and visual system
Rather than representing one specific service, the primary mark was designed as an abstract composition of interconnected forms. Its modular geometry suggests structure, coordination, communication, and forward movement while reflecting Jennifer’s role as a steady point of connection, bringing people, projects, and ideas together into one cohesive whole.
The identity extends into a flexible visual system of supporting marks, icons, graphic elements, and a vibrant palette of hot pink, orange, lime, aqua, tangerine, and softer supporting tones. Together, these elements allow the identity to move comfortably between polished proposals and presentations, conference and business development materials, LinkedIn content, and everyday client communications.
The final deliverables included a complete logo suite, flexible visual system, visual identity guidelines, email signature, and an extensive communications toolkit with editable Canva templates for presentations, proposals and reports, LinkedIn content, and other professional communications.
