Visual identity & website design for a community land trust
In my work with the Community Land Trust of Niagara (CLTN), I developed a cohesive visual identity and user-centric website that reflect CLTN’s mission of fostering accessible and sustainable housing in Niagara. Central to this project was a logo that captures CLTN’s core values, using geometric shapes and lines to suggest buildings, rooftops, and community structures, while layered elements symbolize growth and stability. A foundational deep blue conveys reliability, and bright accent colours add optimism, aligning with CLTN’s vision of community-driven progress.



Consistent, Accessible Communication
The CLTN visual identity includes a comprehensive suite of templates to support consistent, accessible communication. This branding suite features a letterhead template, presentation template, email newsletter template, and social media templates, all provided in Canva for ongoing use.
For the website, I prioritized a clean, approachable design that clearly conveys CLTN’s mission, updates, and resources. This design reflects CLTN’s commitment to transparency, inclusivity, and community empowerment. The result is a unified brand and digital presence that enables CLTN to engage effectively with residents, partners, and funders, enhancing their impact across the Niagara Region.
